DescriptionAbout this Learning Opportunity
The General Education Diploma course consists of a total of 108 hours of classroom instruction and 12 hours optional of technology tutorial sessions. This course is based on the major high school subject areas: Language Arts Writing, Social Studies, Science, Reading and Mathematics. This course puts a strong emphasis on analysis and problem solving abilities; these are needed skills to pass the General Education Diploma test. At the end of this program the student will acquire the ability to comfortably function in post secondary academic studies and enhance skills in career development.
