This program is grant-funded (no cost to client) open-entry, open-exit, self-paced and individualized for clients whose native language is not English. The program will enable clients to acquire proficiency in the areas of speaking, reading, and writing English. Civics and Citizenship education are components of the English as a Second Language program. Day and Evening classes are available.
