An ongoing program of long term supports resulting in individual maintaining employment. Services include intensive coaching at work site, recommendations for job site modifications, development of natural supports, functional employment related training, and extended coaching for an indefinite period of time. Hourly fee of $51 assessed. Over the course of a year, participant will typically receive 48 -60 hours of ongoing support. Program can continue indefinitely.
