A pre-vocational assessment period used to determine an individual capabilities, work interest, work habits and attitudes and establishes appropriate vocational goals. An evaluator develops an assessment plan with the referral that includes interest and aptitude tests and community based assessments. Varies community job sites are then utilized during the assessment period to assess an individuals work habits, skills, attitude, behavior and work attributes. The comprehensive vocational profile will present recommendations and strategies for those seeking community based integrated employment.
