DescriptionAbout this Learning Opportunity
This course includes: Thirty two hours of classroom instruction by a Registered Nurse and Pharmacist. Additional clinical hours are provided to demonstrate competency in medication administration under the supervision of a Registered Nurse. Upon successful completion of the training course and skills evaluation, the individual will receive a Certificate/letter of approval from the Facility Trainer/Instructor which will enable them to sit for the statewide competency test to become a Certified Medication Aide (CMA).
