TRADES Professional TECHNICIAN

Students who enroll in this comprehensive training program will use the expert-designed learning content platform that includes videos, knowledge checks, and 3D simulations designed to accelerate mastery of real-world skills. This simulation-based delivery virtually will equip learners with a tool to practice in-the-field skills in a safe and scalable manner. In addition, the inclusion of gamification strategies such as point scoring, competitions and leaderboards, makes the delivery of our training content more engaging and motivating, leading to higher learning retention rates than traditional teaching methods. Student will attend weekly in-person Facilitator Led hands on workshops where they will complete a project to determine and assess the student is able to be apply the virtual skills learned. Students are prepared for Occupational Safety and Health Administration exams upon completion of individual modules and work readiness modules for employment.
