DescriptionAbout this Learning Opportunity
The Intermediate Baking and Pastry Art program and prepares students for entry level employment in the baking and pastry field . Students learn a comprehensive set of skills in baking and pastry including Serv Safe handling certification, principle of bread baking , custard, cakes decorating, candies, deserts, baking for alternative diets, and menu development. Training includes formal certificate in Baking and Pastry Arts. The education is supplemental with Social workers and jobs placement assistance if needed by the students.
