DescriptionAbout this Learning Opportunity
The Intermediate Culinary Arts program prepares students for entry level employment in the culinary field. Students learn a comprehensive set of skills in culinary including, Serv-Safe food handling certification, principle of knife skills, stocks soups, mother sauce, meat fabrication, standard cooking methods, traditional taste /flavor components and menu development. Training includes formal certificate in culinary Arts. The education is supplemented with social workers and job placement assistance if needed by the students.
