In todays competitive market, Project Managers occupy mission critical roles in the success of an organization. Knowing how to bring complex projects to completion on time, on budget and within scope is a strategic skill sought-after by corporations from every industry, as it allows companies to achieve mission critical goals with increasingly less resources. Project Management for Professionals is an intensive program targeting people with business experience seeking to add the highly valued skill of project management to their resume. Students will learn the art of effective project management while also being prepared to sit for the Project Management Professional or CAPM certification from the Project Management Institute (PMI) as well as the Professional Scrum Master (PSM) certification sponsored by Scrum.org. We are an Authorized Training Provider (ATP) for both Project Management Institute and Scrum.org and winner of PMIs Educator of the Year award. Join us from the comfort and convenience of home utilizing our 100% state-of-the-art, live-online training environment. Program includes access to class recordings for convenient class review, free course retakes for reinforcement, Project Management Institute and Scrum.org endorsed courseware, unlimited lab time, resume assistance, subscription to our highly rated online job search software and PSM exam voucher. Cost of Project Management Professional exam, estimated at $550, or CAPM exam estimated at $300 is not included in tuition.
