DescriptionAbout this Learning Opportunity
This course provides the definition of, reason for, and process of succession planning. Participants will learn and practice the method for determining position requirements as well as methodology to identify and develop potential employees for growth into organizational leaders. They will be able to determine when to develop talent internally or source externally at any level under a variety of circumstances. Upon completion of this course, participants will be able to create a succession plan, identify potential leaders, focus on transition factors, and ensure a smooth succession.
