DescriptionAbout this Learning Opportunity
This course, directed at supervisors and middle managers, is designed to present the concept and philosophy of Operational Excellence, and subsequently engage them in the continuous improvement process. Participants will learn the what and why of OpEx; and how to identify, investigate and seize performance improvement opportunities. They will understand their role in leading their teams on the OpEx path and how to set and achieve appropriate improvement goals. Upon course completion, participants will be prepared to be pro-active in both leading and supporting an OpEx culture transition.
