DescriptionAbout this Learning Opportunity
This program prepares students to perform assistive duties with regards but not limited to: Personal hygiene; Grooming, tranfers of patients (from bed to chair and vice-versa); Performing range-of-motion exercises (moving patients' joints) as well as properly positioning of the patient. Safety guidelines, major systems & related care, and emergency procedures are some of the major subjects that will be taught in this program. The Curriculum of Homemaker Home Health Aide which will be applied to the students of Alpha Healthcare Staffing will be the Recommended Content/Hour Allocation Outlines as per the New Jersey Office of the Attorney General - Division of Consumer Affairs, New Jersey Board of Nursing.
