DescriptionAbout this Learning Opportunity
This level covers skills needed in conversations beyond survival needs. This allows students to function independently in most familiar situations and use appropriate language in routine social situations. This level also covers skills needed to function effectively in familiar and unfamiliar social situations and familiar work situations. Communication skills will be needed to discuss/interpret cultural differences and to solve problems outside the classroom. Students who succeed in English as a Second Language Intermediate Level will be able to register for English as a Second Language Advanced Level.
