DescriptionAbout this Learning Opportunity
On-Line Dental Receptionist program greeting and welcoming patients to the practice. Scheduling, rescheduling or cancelling appointments, as needed. Assisting patients to fill out information forms. Preparing patients' charts and daily schedules for the dental staff. students will receive training which will prepare them hand on training for the front desk in a Dental Practice. Two parts of the on-line program (1) there' s will be demonstration done online and part (2) All students will come on the campus to practices hands on demonstration by their Instructor. For each Class there's only five per class weather it's morning, afternoon or Saturday class. And final evaluation for their Certificate of Completion. Link to Join Zoom.
