DescriptionAbout this Learning Opportunity
Evening Baking and Pastry Arts program preparing participants for entry level employment in the baking and pastry field. Students learn all aspects of baking and pastry including ServSafe food handling certification, principals of the baking.bread baking, pastry production, plated desserts and cake decorating. Students are tested at each benchmark. Training includes life-skills and job readiness certification. Students transition from school to work by completing an eighty (80) hour externship. Job placement assistance is available.
