Certifying the Industrial Athlete of the Future! The Current Procedural Terminology Certification covers the core technical competencies of higher skilled production technicians in all sectors of manufacturing. Iron Sharpeneth Iron Coaching and Career Center provides the 10 week training. Our Students also receive lifetime job placement assistance
Certificates are issued to individuals who pass all four of its Production Modules: 1. Safety 2. Quality Practices & Measurement 3. Manufacturing Processes & Production 4. Maintenance Awareness
Each student is paired with a certified life coach who will provide the added supports needed to complete the program. Coaches help student formulate an Adult Transition Plan (ATP) that encourages them to critically think about their transition from incarceration to becoming an independent socially contributing citizen.
Our graduating Club Members have an advantage and preferential job placements for positions by demonstrating formal training in this in demand field. Certifications are credentialed by the Manufacturing Skill Standards Council (MSSC). U.S. needs more trades people. We need you!
