DescriptionAbout this Learning Opportunity
Pre-placement actities are individualized in nature, where an indiviudal is paired with one of the Center's job coaches. Once an appropriate vocational goal is agreed upon, the job coach works with the participant on an individualized basis to help him secure competitive employment. The job coach helps the individual by developing job opportunities, arranging interviews, assisting with the completion of job applications, and escorting the individual to job interviews. The job coach works with the participant until appropriate employment is secured.
