This program is a bundle of the Building Inspector RCS, Building Inspector ICS, and Building Inspector HHS classes. Below are the descriptions for each class: Building Inspector Residential and Small Commercial Specialist This course is designed to provide students with fundamental knowledge and educational experience required by the State of New Jersey for licensure under the title of Building Inspector. The course covers all code requirements for one and two family homes and small commercial structures. Textbook not included. Building Inspector Industrial and Commerical Specialist This course is designed to provide students with knowledge on building code requirements for medium sized industrial and commercial structures. Textbook not included. Building Inspector HHS This course is designed to provide students with knowledge on advanced structural systems, advanced fire protection systems, and advanced mechanical systems. Part of the requirement for individuals to be certified in high hazard structures. Textbook not included.
