Apprentice instruction consists of two key areas: Related Technical Instruction (RTI) and On the Job Learning (OJL). The RTI is instructor-led classroom training and OJL is one-on-one with the Apprentice's supervisor/mentor. Both instruction are tracked and submitted on a monthly basis to meet Program requirements.
