DescriptionAbout this Learning Opportunity
The CompTIA A+ Certification program is bundled with English as a Second Language curriculum to provide maximum employment opportunities. While students will receive instruction in Language Arts, Mathematics, Social Studies and Science, they will study to prepare for a career as an entry-level technology (IT) professional or personal computer (PC) service technician. In this course, students will acquire the essential skills and information they will need to install, upgrade, repair, configure, troubleshoot, optimize and perform preventive maintenance of basic personal computer hardware and operating systems. Test and licensing includes vouchers for vendor exams (CompTIA A+ 220-901; CompTIA A+ 220-902).
