DescriptionAbout this Learning Opportunity
Our Academic Preparation program is for students preparing for academic students at the college or graduate school level. As in a college-level seminar, students will listen to academic lectures, discuss topics, and make oral presentations. They will also read short articles and longer texts and then write short essays in response to them. In this program, they will build their vocabulary and learn how to structure their essays and talks to express themselves most effectively. The Academic Prep: Upper Intermediate course is for students testing into the General English 4 class based upon the Top Notch/Summit placement test mechanism at Campus.
