DescriptionAbout this Learning Opportunity
In the Advanced Cake Decorating curriculum, students will learn: piping; flour product; gumpaste, string work; basic and advanced sketching; basket weave design; coloring, shaping and flavoring fondant; how to create flowers, ruffles and ribbons; cake construction; and contemporary & classic cake design. Students will receive an Advanced Cake Decorating certificate upon successful completion of the program.
