DescriptionAbout this Learning Opportunity
In order to be successful in achieving sales objectives an organization must have three components present: a skillful sales force; organizational support, and an effective sales process. The course provides competency-based self-assessment diagnostic tools that sales personnel can apply to become more effective. It defines the relationship between the sales function and organizational capabilities and support. It examines and analyzes the sales process and its desired outcomes. This course covers the following major topics: How do I Stack Up? Sales as a Company-wide Function Sales as a Business Process Upon completion of this course participants will have discovered more about their sales readiness and capabilities; learned how to effectively utilize organizational capabilities; and how to establish an effective sales process. Participants will able to develop an action plan to apply learned principles in their specific situations.
