Fundamentals of Performance Management

This course provides a practical guide for everyone who manages people or is concerned with performance. It provides techniques for how to handle daily issues of performance management. It is designed to reduce pressure, prevent panic, avoid omissions and eliminate mistakes when confronted by a serious and urgent performance problem. It also provides a structured format for choosing and implementing appropriate long-term steps to improve performance in the workplace.
