The Customer Service Industry has been named by the State of New Jersey as an occupation with the greatest employment growth. Anyone who works with the general public on a regular basis, or who is interested in entering the field of customer service will benefit from this program. Our Customer Service Program provides a complete suite of topics to teach the tools of exemplary customer service. Upon completion of the program, participants will demonstrate proficiency in the following areas: confidentiality, office etiquette, communication skills, time management, handling conflicts, employee interactions, and more. The program is designed to teach you the skills needed to pass the Customer Service Credentialing Exam.
