This free grant funded English as a Second Language is designed to help individuals improve their English speaking, writing and reading skills to become literate and obtain the knowledge and skills necessary for employment, high school equivalency credential, post-secondary, and self-sufficiency. As well as to assist adults who are parents to obtain the skills necessary to become partners in the education of their children.
