This is a bundled option of our two programs: Certified Supply Chain Professional (CSCP) and Lean Six Sigma Green Belt. This 100% online supply chain management course will provide a holistic view of supply chain management and fully prepare you for the Certified Supply Chain Professional (CSCP) exam offered by the Associate for Supply Chain Management (ASCM). You will learn how to translate the connection between the areas of planning, sourcing, manufacturing, and delivering into an integrated supply chain. By course completion, you will have a firm understanding of mitigation strategies, operationalize risk management practices, and how to implement cost reduction measures. This combination of skills will drive the efficiency of your supply chain and give you a competitive edge in the market. This program does not include the cost to sit for the CSCP exam. Our Lean Six Sigma Green Belt Certification course will teach you Lean Six Sigma process improvement projects from start to finish. As a Lean Six Sigma Green Belt professional, you can deliver measurable, sustainable improvement by finding the root causes of problems and streamlining processes.
