1200 Clock Hour COSMETOLOGY Program
Leads to a Certificate of Course Completion in Cosmetology. Successful graduates are prepared to take New Jersey State Board Licensing Exams (written & practical) to become a Licensed COSMETOLOGIST.
Primary topics covered in this course include Scientific and Theoretical approaches to Infection Control, Shampooing, Hair Cutting, Hair and Scalp Analysis, Principals of Hair Design and Styling, Cutting and Trimming of Facial Hair, All Chemical Procedures Including Permanent Waving and Coloring, 100 Hours of Barbering, 135 of Manicuring and Pedicuring, 90 Hours of Skin Care, Safety, Sanitation, Disinfection, Client Servicing, New Jersey State e Law, Rules & Regulations, and Practical Experience.
