DescriptionAbout this Learning Opportunity

Plumbing inspectors examine and test new or existing plumbing systems in buildings to make sure they are installed properly and comply with federal, state, and local code requirements. The Plumbing Inspector Industrial and Commercial Structures (ICS) course satisfies the education requirement for the state licensure under this title. The course covers systems design, inspection methods, and public health requirements consistent with the regulations of the Uniform Construction Code related to plumbing. This 120-hour course is designed to provide students with the fundamental knowledge and educational experience required by the state for licensure under this title. Textbooks, materials, ID card and exam fees are not included, course texts are located in the college library for student use
