DescriptionAbout this Learning Opportunity
This course is designed to give the student an introduction to the field of dentistry and dental assisting, plus entry level skills for an uncertified dental assistant. Upon completion of this course, the student will have developed the skills to meet the minimum entry level skill requirement for a dental secretary, dental receptionist and dental chairside assistant. Course outline will include Chair Side Assisting, Dental Anatomy, and Office Procedures. Office Emergencies along with CPR and First Aid Certifications will be included, but the CPR and First Aid Cards must be purchased from the instructors for an additional $30.00.
