DescriptionAbout this Learning Opportunity
This course provides a comprehensive introduction to Business Analysis and Project Management. Students will learn generally accepted Project Management Theories and Practices, and how they pertain specifically to projects involving technology. It will provide knowledge and techniques required to identify business needs and determine solutions to business problems. Students will learn the process of gathering, analyzing and documenting software requirements. Upon completing this course students will have skills in performing duties of a business analyst and project manager in any environment.
