This Project Management program thoroughly prepares students for the CAPM® and PMP® certifications exam offered by the Project Management Institute, Inc. You'll learn from real-world examples and case studies to build on and develop the skills and you'll be prepared to pass CAPM & Project Management Professional certifications. Your ability as a project manager to demonstrate best practices in project management both on the job and through professional certification is becoming the standard to compete in today's fast-paced and highly technical workplace. You should also have some work experience in the area of project management and be familiar with general project-management terms and concepts. This program also covers hands-on computer lab training in Microsoft Project and Visio software.
