DescriptionAbout this Learning Opportunity
This course is designed an in-depth treatment of essential office procedures. After completing this course, students will be able to understand their role in the structure of business organizations, use interpersonal skills to develop effective working relationships and function as a member of the team. Students will also be taught MS-Office applications as well as proper Office Administrative procedures to help them manage their work, time, and resources efficiently. Students will be able to prepare written communications, and distribute processed information, schedule appointments, meetings, and receive visitors, perform basic financial tasks, setup and maintain records, understand the role and structure of a business organization, and be able to do prepare for their employment search.
