DescriptionAbout this Learning Opportunity
The course will provide students basic knowledge of electrocardiography and with introductory preparation in the use of electrocardiograph equipment to include basic maintenance, minor trouble shooting procedures. Proper mounting techniques, lead selection, proper labeling and all necessary documentation will be covered. Student is required to have prior knowledge of human anatomy and physiology and medical terminology. Satisfactory academic progress is measured in credit hours. Student must complete three (3) credit hours to graduate.
