DescriptionAbout this Learning Opportunity
General English is offered to all those who intend to study and become proficient in listening, speaking, reading, and writing in English. This program is open to international students and residents alike who intend to develop and improve their communication (both verbal and written) skills using the English Language. General English Level 2 is for those who have the basic ability to communicate in daily ""survival"" situations. This course reinforces the fundamental grammar and vocabulary needed for basic communication. Emphasis is on spoken English, but reading and writing are also included. Level 2 thoroughly treats basic and low-intermediate verb tenses. By the end of Level 2, students will be able to function in an English-speaking environment, communicating successfully in a number of situations in which language is used in everyday life.
