DescriptionAbout this Learning Opportunity
This training program focuses on learning the fundamentals and advanced features of using Office 365, Google Workspace and other current business technology apps/platforms. Students will learn how to troubleshoot and solve basic software/digital and administrative operational problems that occur with these programs as well, installing and upgrading new versions of the applications. Identifying and being able to assist team members with updates, etc. Students also are taught how to design, setup and implement an administrative/operations help desk program for any small to medium sized business as the final project.
